Ok, this is my Predator that I made up way back when. He is a very skilled elder. His armor is a touch above a black color. He's got many weapons but usually tries to just keep it simple. One side of him is heavily armored (left), the other is relatively light armored. This is directly related with the way that he fights. He has slain many many prey. I never gave him a name until recently. I thought it sounded fitting for him. He's very old; his hair is approaching a white shade in color. The glaive that he has is specially made to his design. It has grooves in it that hold the "blue stuff" from Requiem, so whatever he cuts, dissolves. I haven't worked out all of the kinks from that weapon, because I just added the blue substance to it. And he enjoys hunting alone more than with a clan. He has also gone into a large alien hive before alone, and came out alive. He also has many scars.
Hmmm... Interesting work here! Relde looks like he has been through alot himself.
Anyway, I like the preportions you have drawn here-- you do them so much better than how I draw my Yautja.

What is it you said to the kid? It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward...
Indeed Relde has! But seriously Rakai, I've never taken drawing courses; I just draw a lot. I'm sure if you look at pictures and carefully intake their proportions, you could definitely draw the way you want with practice.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
